Members are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Yate & Sodbury District u3a.

Date: Thursday, 16 April 2026, Time: 2:00 pm.
Venue: Chipping Sodbury Town Hall, Broad Street, Chipping Sodbury

The AGM is an important opportunity to hear about the activities and achievements of our u3a over the past year, to review the annual accounts, and to elect members to the committee for the year ahead.

After the AGM we will have a speaker Dave Cheesley and the topic is Bristol Zoo. After the meeting, there will be time to meet friends and fellow members.

Agenda papers, minutes of the previous AGM, and nomination forms will be circulated to members in advance and will also be available at the meeting.

We hope to see as many members as possible on the day.
