Have you ever fancied having a go at painting or drawing in a friendly, relaxed group?

Following continued interest from members, we're delighted to be launching a new Thursday morning Art Group, starting on 3 September.

Sue Sellers who will be leading the new Thursday Art Group.

The group will be led by Sue Sellers and will meet every Thursday from 10.00 am to 12 noon at Yate Bowls Club, starting on 3 September.

The emphasis is on enjoying art in a friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere. There is no formal tuition, but members encourage one another, share ideas and techniques, and enjoy painting and drawing together. No previous artistic experience is needed – enthusiasm is far more important than ability. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time in years or already have plenty of experience, you'll be made very welcome.
