We usually meet on the second Tuesday in the month at 7 pm, unless the chosen restaurant doesn’t open on a Tuesday, or there is some special event, such as the Tapas evening at Magnolia Mews on a Friday.

We usually meet fairly local to Yate and Sodbury and try and get the chosen venue to be reasonably accessible by bus.  In the summer, we are more likely to head into Bristol, again not straying too far from a bus route.  

We have our favourite restaurants, but rarely visit a restaurant more than once in any year.  We also like to try new things: for example we enjoyed a Japanese Ramen meal at Tonkotsu in Bristol recently. 

We eat any cuisine.  Sometimes we visit 2 similar restaurants on consecutive months, so we can compare them.  

We always look at the restaurant's food hygiene rating before going there and mostly eat in 5* food hygiene, but sometimes 4*, if it sounds ok after thoroughly reading its report.

The group is very active, and open to new members.
