We are a new group who meet to discuss rock music (and similar genres) and listen to rock music.

The meetings are very informal and each month we will have a different focus, e.g. favourite album and why or favourite song. We will discuss why we have made our choices and enjoy the music.

One session every few months will be a film, obviously with a rock music focus. In March we are watching The Last Waltz.

Group members are asked to input into the focus of the group, and as we have some musicians in the group, we are looking to play some live music soon.

We will also look to attend some live music events this year.

There is a cost of £4 per session for the hire of the venue, this includes coffee, tea and biscuits.
